   This form is for professionals seeking environmental reports and health inspection records not available here.
   
   Any requests made through this form will not be treated as an RTKL request.
   If you need to make an RTKL request, please use the Other Records link on the previous page. Requests made through the RTKL law may be subject to a 37 day legal review process.
   
   Due to the volume of requests we experience, please expect a two week delay for a response. If you have any questions, you may send them to environmentalreportrequests@montcopa.org
