By limiting the public’s contact to our office, we hope to minimize the risk of spreading this virus and protect you and our employees.The Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds accepts recording through the US Postal Service and through our four eRecording partners. eRecording is a cost effective and secure way to record your documents without ever leaving the comfort of your office. Documents are recorded same day or next day through our Public Access System.
