Elmwood Park Zoo- Great Backyard Bird Count
Join zoo educators as we participate yet again in the annual Great Backyard Bird Count! With zoo grounds currently being closed, we are partnering with Norristown Farm Park to invite the public to explore a great neighboring natural space! This interactive experience is perfect for bird lovers of all ages. Participants will get an introduction to bird watching and explore Farm Park grounds to count birds in order to help create a real-time snapshot of where birds are migrating and living. The Great Backyard Bird Count takes place across the country, and helps avian researchers gather information to better protect wild birds for the future! 
Program Times: 10am and 1pm
Location: Norristown Farm Park Pavilions
Fee: This program is free, but registration is helpful so that we know to expect you.
