Voters who wish to complete their absentee or mail in ballot in person or resolve any issues with their absentee or mail-in ballot in person can visit One Montgomery Plaza at 425 Swede St in Norristown, PA. Please note, all satellite offices are now closed.
Voters can:
- Apply to Vote by Mail
- Residents can complete an application to vote by mail until 5:00 PM on October 27th, 2020.
- Click here to check your application status. If you voted by mail in the primary, you may already be approved to vote by mail in the General Election on November 3rd. If the status says "Pending" or "Ballot Mailed" you do not need to reapply.
- Click here to complete your absentee or mail-in ballot application from home instead.
- Resolve any issues with your ballot
- If you applied for a ballot prior to October 19th and have not yet received it, you can visit us to receive one in person.
- You can also complete a Request to Re-Issue your mail in ballot and email it to us. This form enables you to receive your re-issued ballot by mail or you can opt to pick it up in person at our office. Click here to access the form.
- If you marked your ballot or the return envelope incorrectly, you can visit us to receive one in person.
- If any part of ballot was damaged during delivery, you can visit us to receive one in person.
- If you applied for a ballot prior to October 19th and have not yet received it, you can visit us to receive one in person.
- Drop off Your Completed Absentee or Mail In Ballot
- It is critical that you use both the secrecy envelope & the return envelope. Sign & Date the return envelope.
- You do not need to make an appointment if you are just dropping off your ballot.
- You are only permitted to drop off your own ballot.
- If you are disable or unable to return your own ballot, you will need to complete a designated agent form.
