Payment Information


The Clerk of Courts Office accepts payments for fines, costs, and restitution in our office during regular office hours. Cash, money order, certified check, debit card, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) are accepted in our office.

Note: These procedures are for payment of fines, costs, and restitution only. Please see the Bail Procedures page for payment information regarding the posting of bail.

Pay by Kiosk

Cash and credit card (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard) payments may be made in person at three kiosks located at:

Court House, Swede and Airy streets- available 24/7 at Swede Street entrance 
Willow Grove Annex, 102 York Road, Suite 2013, Willow Grove- during normal business hours

The kiosk vendor applies a convenience fee to each transaction: $3.00 for cash payments and on a sliding scale for credit card payments.

Pay Online

Payments may be made using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ATM card, as well as ATM / debit card displaying a Visa or MasterCard logo. Upon submitting a payment through this site, users will be assessed a non-refundable convenience fee of $2.75 for each transaction submitted.

Pay by Phone

Make a payment by phone using Official Payments. Official Payments charges a convenience fee of $13.75 for each transaction submitted. Payments may be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ATM / debit cards.

Pay by Mail

Payments may also be mailed to our office. We will accept personal checks, certified checks, and money orders via mailed payments at the following address:

There is a $35.75 fee charged for checks returned for insufficient funds.

A receipt will not be returned to you unless you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your payment and request a receipt.

Please make sure that you include the defendant's name and case number with all payments.
