Our annual October networking and fundraising event attracts more than 100 diverse and influential stakeholders to discuss crucial issues facing women and families guided by the Women's History Project annual theme. Based on this theme, we honor the accomplishments of women in business and human services, who are making a difference in their communities. The money raised from the event supports our MCCWF Scholarship Fund, which helps women entering or returning to college, and other projects that advance our mission. More information about the event and sponsorship/advertising information can be found here. Register for the event here.
Since the Fund was established in 2014, our generous sponsors and donors have helped us to award more than $11,250 to 13 bright female students who needed college financial assistance, in order to help them focus on their educational goals.
Scholarship applications are available in late March. The deadline to apply is during the first week of May. We will announce the beginning of the application period on our homepage, Facebook, and Twitter. Applications will not be accepted before or after the application period.
