July 1, 2018: The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, Pennsylvania Inheritance and Realty Transfer Tax, Bureau of Individual Taxes, released the 2016 Common Level Ratio Real Estate Valuation Factors for documents dated from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. As of July 1, 2018, the Common Level Ratio Factor for Montgomery County is 1.96.  

July 1, 2017
: The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, Pennsylvania Inheritance and Realty Transfer Tax, Bureau of Individual Taxes, released the 2016 Common Level Ratio Real Estate Valuation Factors for documents dated from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
As of July 1, 2017, the Common Level Ratio Factor for Montgomery County is 1.85.  

January 1, 2015: The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue updated the Realty Transfer Tax Statement of Value Form. You must use the new form after January 1, 2015: REV-183 EX (2-15).
