Saturday, September 22nd from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm 
8th Annual Upper Perkiomen Bird & Wildlife Festival 
Bring the entire family to enjoy a day of fun and learning at the park. As in years past, this event will feature live animal presentations, Monarch Butterfly tagging and releases, kids games and activities, free hayrides, live music and much more.  Food and merchandise vending will be available, along with environmentally- themed exhibits including the Pennsylvania Wood-mobile, a 35’ RV converted into a museum celebrating the forest industry of Pennsylvania. Visit our eco-raffle table for a chance to win cool outdoor prizes. Join us as we celebrate our region’s rich wildlife heritage!  The event will be held at the park amphitheater (2298 Green Lane Road, Green Lane PA 18054)

Haunted Hayride
Join us for our first spooktacular haunted hayride through our creepy, ghoulish campground. Festive crafts and tasty snacks will be offered at this family-friendly free event. Pre-registration is not required.  Haunted Hayride flyer

Flight of the Falcon
Cheri Heimbach of Baywing Falconry returns with her live birds of prey flight demonstration. Cheri has a unique ability to connect with her audience using live birds of prey as teaching assistants. Great photo opportunities can also be had. You do not want to miss this special program! Meet near park amphitheater (2298 Green Lane Road, Green Lane, PA 18054).
All ages, free.

Friday, October 19th at 6:15 pm
Star and Night Sky Watch
Join members of the Bucks-Mont Amateur Astronomers for a close up look at the night sky. Club members will bring their telescopes and vast knowledge of the heavens to share with participants. Binoculars are welcome, but not necessary to participate. Meet at Red Trail parking lot on Knight Road (2005 Knight Road, Green Lane PA 18054). NOTE- in the event of rain or heavy cloud cover, program will be rescheduled to Monday October 22nd at same time.

Saturday, October 27th at 4:30 pm
Leave it to Beavers
Our resident beavers should be busy preparing for winter now. Join us for a closer look at these amazing aquatic engineers and their adaptations for survival. After a brief indoor presentation, we will head outside to look for beavers and beaver sign. Program meets at Deep Creek Stone Pavilion (2115 Snyder Road, Green Lane PA 18054). Pre-registration required.
